Aqua

Aqua fitness is held in our heated, salt water pool.  The instructor performs a variety of aerobic exercises with body weight, water dumbbells and pool noodles.  They utilize the water’s buoyancy and resistance to provide a low impact, full body workout all while staying mostly vertical and not requiring swimming ability.  The water significantly reduces stress on the joints making it ideal for people with arthritis, joint issues or other mobility challenges.  Water aerobics is great if you want to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

Yoga is designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance both on and off the mat.  This class weaves breath with movement, creating a fluid sequence that connects body and mind.    Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find opportunities to challenge yourself while moving with intention and mindfulness.  Each class will include a dynamic warm up, energizing flows, strengthening postures and deep stretches followed by a soothing cool down to restore your body and calm your mind.  With a focus on alignment, breath awareness and mindful transitions, you will leave feeling refreshed, grounded and empowered.

Cycle is set to a lively soundtrack and your instructor will lead you through a series of exercises such as sprints, climbs, and recovery periods.  Each class can vary in intensity from low impact to high intensity.  Cycle classes have countless benefits for your cardio health, can help strengthen your leg muscles and help you burn a lot of calories in less than an hour.

Cycle and core fusion is a dynamic 50-minute workout that combines high-energy cycling and focused Pilates. Start with 30 minutes of heart-pumping cycling where we bring the energy and intensity to maximize your cardio burn. Then, transition to the group exercise room for 20 minutes of Pilates designed to strengthen your core, improve balance, and enhance stability. It’s the perfect blend of sweat and strength to leave you feeling accomplished and energized!

body blitz

This is a stationary, partner based class that varies week to week for new challenges and adventures.  You can expect kickboxing, boot camp and weight lifting.

A focused and empowering session designed to test your strength and endurance. This class combines strength-building exercises with high-energy, full-body movements to challenge your endurance, boost your metabolism, and elevate your fitness game.
